Worlddidac Asia 2026: Exhibitor Registration

This online Registration Form constitutes a legally binding Exhibition Participation Agreement between the Exhibitor and Worlddidac Association (Switzerland). By completing and submitting this registration, the Exhibitor enters into a binding contractual relationship under the Terms and Conditions referenced in this portal. The Agreement is concluded electronically upon successful submission of the completed Registration Form. No handwritten signature is required.

Terms and Conditions

1) Acceptance of Payment Terms *

I acknowledge and agree to the following Payment Terms: The total participation fee will be invoiced upon confirmation of participation. The full amount is payable within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the invoice. All payments must be made without deduction. Any bank charges or transaction fees shall be borne by the Exhibitor. In the event of late payment, statutory default interest pursuant to Swiss law (currently 5% per annum) may apply.

2) Acceptance of Cancellation Policy *

I acknowledge and agree to the following: a) Any cancellation of participation must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) and becomes legally effective only upon receipt by the Organizer. b) In the event of cancellation after confirmation of participation, the following cancellation fees shall apply: *Cancellation on or before 14 May 2026: 30% of the total participation fee. ** Cancellation from 15 May 2026 to 14 July 2026: 50% of the total participation fee. *** Cancellation from 15 July 2026 to 15 August 2026: 80% of the total participation fee. ***** Cancellation from 16 August 2026 onwards, including failure to attend: 100% of the total participation fee . I understand that any payments already made will be credited toward the applicable cancellation fee, and that any remaining balance remains payable.

3) Exhibitor Obligations and Restrictions *

The Exhibitor shall not engage in any of the following acts: a) Assigning, transferring, sublicensing, or otherwise disposing of, in whole or in part, its rights or obligations under the participation agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of the Organizer; b) Conducting on-site retail sales or providing paid services without the prior written approval of the Organizer; c) Exhibiting products or services beyond the scope approved by the Organizer; d) Displaying, promoting, or distributing products, materials, or services of any third party without proper authorization and prior written consent; e) Infringing upon any intellectual property rights or other lawful rights of any third party; f) Engaging in any act in violation of the participation agreement, applicable laws and regulations, or the official Exhibitor Manual, Exhibitor Guidelines, or Organizer notices.

4) Measures in Case of Violation *

If an Exhibitor violates the above provisions, the Organizer shall be entitled to take appropriate measures. Such measures may include, in particular: Requesting the immediate cessation of the relevant activity Removal or covering of non-approved exhibits or materials Restriction or cancellation of exhibitor badges or access credentials In cases of serious or continued violations, termination of participation and removal from the exhibition premises Any measures taken shall be proportionate and based on the circumstances of the individual case. In such situations, no entitlement to refund or compensation shall arise. The Exhibitor shall be liable for any damages incurred by the Organizer as a result of such violation and shall indemnify the Organizer against justified third-party claims arising from the Exhibitor’s conduct.

5) Limitation of Liability *

The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of contracts, or reputational damage, arising out of or in connection with the participation in the exhibition. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibits, stand materials, equipment, or personal belongings brought onto the exhibition premises by the Exhibitor, its staff, contractors, or agents. The Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage, including but not limited to public liability insurance and insurance covering exhibits, equipment, and personnel. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the participation agreement shall in no event exceed the total participation fee paid by the Exhibitor.
